Styrene-Butadiene Rubber
1502, 1712, 1723. The workhorse of passenger-car tyre treads and conveyor belts.
Synthetic rubber feedstock, ISO 2004 concentrated latex, finished industrial gloves, and custom-moulded rubber components. The full rubber supply chain from raw polymer to drawing-to-part under one supplier.
ISO 2004 · CE · FDA · ISO 13485 · drawing-to-part
Overview
Above Infinity covers the rubber supply chain end to end. Four product lines, one supplier: synthetic-rubber feedstock for compounders, concentrated natural latex for dippers and foam manufacturers, finished industrial gloves for medical and PPE distribution, and custom-moulded rubber components built to your drawings.
Synthetic rubber covers the workhorse polymers: SBR for tyre treads and conveyor belts, NBR for oil- and fuel-resistant seals, EPDM for ozone and weather durability, and CR (Neoprene) where flame and weather resistance combine. Specialty grades from European and Japanese producers on request.
Concentrated latex is the raw input for dipping, foam, adhesives, and elastic threads. ISO 2004 compliant lots with DRC, TSC, KOH number, MST, and ammonia content declared on every certificate. Bulk ISO tank, IBC tote, and 200-litre drum packing.
Industrial gloves and custom-moulded components close the loop. Nitrile, latex, and vinyl gloves CE-marked, FDA-cleared, and ISO 13485 traceable, with private-label runs from 100,000 pieces per size. Drawing-to-part components, gaskets, seals, plugs, bushings, vibration dampers, via compression, injection, and transfer moulding from 1,000 to 1,000,000 parts.
01 · Product line
SBR, NBR, EPDM, and CR, the workhorse feedstocks for compounding, sealing, and tyres. Specialty grades (HNBR, FKM, silicone, polybutadiene) on request from European and Japanese producers.
1502, 1712, 1723. The workhorse of passenger-car tyre treads and conveyor belts.
Low, medium, and high ACN content. Oil and fuel resistant, for seals, hoses, gaskets, fuel-handling.
Ozone, weather, and steam resistant. Roofing, automotive weatherstrips, hot-water seals.
Flame, oil and weather resistant. For wetsuits, industrial belts, adhesives.
02 · Product line
Five preservation chemistries to match your line. ISO 2004 compliant lots with DRC, TSC, KOH number, MST, and ammonia declared on every COA. Bulk ISO tank, IBC tote, and 200-litre drum packing.
Ammonia ≥ 0.60%. Standard preservation for long shelf life. The default for most exporters.
Ammonia 0.30–0.60% with TT/ZnO. Balanced odour and stability for indoor dipping operations.
Ammonia ≤ 0.29% with secondary preservatives. For workplaces with stringent ammonia limits.
Twice-centrifuged for very low non-rubber solids. Premium grade for high-clarity dipping and medical use.
Higher Dry Rubber Content (≥66%). Improves yield in continuous dipping lines.
